Day 1:- Arrive at Gwalior

Arrive at Gwalior Railway Station/Airport. At arrival get transfer to your the hotel. Later in the afternoon proceed for some local sightseeing in this historic town. Visit the Kala Vithika, Gujari Mahal Archaeological Museum and tomb of Tansen, the legendary singer of Akbar's Court. The Gwalior Fort is one of the most famous examples of medieval architecture in India. Steeped in history, it reflects the glorious past of Gwalior. Take delicious dinner at hotel and have peaceful sleep.


Day 2:- Gwalior - Orchha via Datia - 119 Km 

Today after breakfast, proceed for an extended visit of the Gwalior Fort. One of the splendid examples of medieval Indian architecture, it has the Saas- Bahu Temple, Teli Ka Mandir, and Jai Vilas Palace, the residence of the Scindia family. In the afternoon, proceed to Orchha. En route take a stop at Datia. This is a rare seven-storey hilltop palace, a unique example of 17th century Hindu architecture. Later in evening arrive at Orchha. Enjoy dinner at hotel and take peaceful sleep. 


Day 3:- Orchha - Sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing. Orchha is a quaint medieval city where time stands still. The palaces and temples built by its Bundela rulers in the 16th- 17th centuries still retain their pristine perfection. Enjoy an extended visit of the Orchha Fort that has attractions like Jehangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Chaturbhuj Temple and Raja Ram Mandir and other sites. In the evening walk about the town that retains a unique old world charm. Later return back to the hotel, have dinner and overnight  stay at hotel.


Day 4:- Orchha - Khajuraho - 170 Km 

Early morning leave for Khajuraho with a halt for breakfast. Reach Khajuraho by noon. After a couple of hours break, proceed to the famous temples of Khajuraho. It is famous for the erotic and breathtakingly beautiful sculptures that capture life in every form and mood. A paean to life and love, the temples, built between AD 950 and 1050, represent one of the world's greatest artistic wonders. Visit the Western Group of Temples designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Kandariya Mahadev, Jagdambi, Chitragupta, Lakshmana and Vishvanath temples showcase the best of Khajuraho's art.


Day 5:- Khajuraho- Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy an extended visit to Khajuraho. Explore the temples of the South Eastern and Northern Group. The SE group has many Jain temples that are similar to one other. The Parshavnath temple is the biggest amongst these. There are also temples to Ghantai and Adinatha. The Northern side has temples like Devi Jagadambi, Sun Temple, Vishwanath, Marakateswara and Parvati. Later return back to hotel, have delicious dinner and peaceful sleep.


Day 06: Departure

In the morning after breakfast, pay a last visit to the sublime temples of Khajuraho or rest at leisure. Later, transfer to nearby Airport/ Railway Station for onward destination.
